* Flower Details *
Each tulle flower is hand folded/sewn/assembled by me and features a rhinestone center button. The headband looks so delicate and beautiful on with the flowers' soft, wispy tulle petals and sparkling rhinestone.
Each flower measures approximately 62 mm (2.5 inch) in diameter.
* Headband Details *
The headbands are made from a 10 mm - 15 mm (½ - ¾ inch) wide stretchy elastic. The elastic has a shimmery sheen on the top and a soft, smooth feel on the underside.
