* Flower Details *

Each ruffle flower is hand sewn and assembled by me. The flower is super girly and eye catching, along and enhanced by a sparkling center rhinestone.

Each flower measures approximately 62 mm (2.5 inch) in diameter.

* Headband Details *

The headbands are made from a 10 mm - 15 mm (½ - ¾ inch) wide stretchy elastic. The elastic has a shimmery sheen on the top and a soft, smooth feel on the underside.
