Shipping for standard sized packages will be done through Canada Post, REGULAR mail. Your item will be shipped within 4 to 10 business days (or sooner if possible) of receiving approved payment, unless our shop announcement indicates we are away. Tracking is not included in our standard shipping rates.
Shipping for large photography canvases will be shipped through UPS.
Please note: Once the package leaves our hands, we cannot accept responsibility for International-bound packages that are held up in customs and the delay in arrival that may arise.
Delivery times can range from 5 - 10 business days depending on the packages' destination.
Delivery times may range from 10 - 20 business days. Delivery times may take up to six weeks due to the distance, customs or time of the year (i.e. Christmas, winter). Buyers are responsible for any duty/tax that is due upon receipt of the package.
Standard shipping is AIR MAIL. Delivery times will vary from 3 weeks - 3 months depending on where you are located. At times, delivery times may take up to 3 months due to the distance or customs. Buyers are responsible for any duty/tax that is due upon receipt of the package.
If you require a faster shipping method please indicate that at the time of purchase and we will send a revised version of your invoice. As well, you can add tracking, delivery confirmation or signature to your order but please let us know prior to making your purchase so we can add this cost to your invoice.
If you are in Edmonton, Alberta or surrounding areas we would be happy to make arrangements for a pick-up, discounted shipping rate or a discounted delivery rate.
We retain receipts of all packages shipped (recording the date and your postal code) as documentation that your package was shipped. Shipping to other countries other than Canada can take a lot of time (more than 3 weeks). Therefore, International packages will not be considered lost until at least six weeks have passed. Unless you have purchased Delivery Confirmation, we will not consider responsibility for packages that are lost.
SHIP TO ADDRESS
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are unable to issue refunds on packages that are sent to the wrong address or returned to sender.
We take the utmost care when packaging item(s). We make sure there is proper padding and supports. Items will be labelled with "DO NOT BEND" or "HANDLE WITH CARE". However if the item is damaged in transit it will be at the discretion of the seller to send a replacement item.
